FROM ANNUAL REPORTS OF CHRISTIAN SCIENCE COMMITTEES ON PUBLICATION
Religious Rights of Our Young People
Missouri
It is cause for much gratitude that in almost every school district in the state Christian Science children are excused from physical examination, vaccination, and health instruction.
A college for girls in Columbia, which for many years required vaccination as an entrance requirement, now grants exemption from this rule for Christian Science students. The University of Missouri accepted the statement of a Christian Science practitioner in lieu of a physician's certificate concerning a young woman who was absent from classes.
