JOHN 14:1-3
I prayed
for home. And in my quiet thought
Truth's angel whispered, Lo, man is not doomed
To wander or to wait unsatisfied.
Then in my heart the Master's message bloomed,
Your Father's house has many mansions, and
The Christ goes to prepare a place for you!
I saw my home spacious and beautiful
With all things needful, warm with welcome too.
But yet more lovely was the light that shone
Tenderly from the final promise sweet
That where I am, there ye may also be.
It is impossible to live alone!
Mind's infinite idea dwells complete
Within His ceaseless, pure activity.
Jean E. Cameron
