In my experience main healings have taken place through Christian Science. When I was a very young student, not fully grounded in its truths, the doctor told me that both our children's tonsils would need to be removed. I turned to Truth to meet this need, and no such operations were performed. The operation of divine Principle was ever present to accomplish the healing. When the problem of vaccination presented itself, the same truths were applied, and a healing was accomplished. To me this was a step forward, for it proved that God's ways are always more powerful than fear.

Our daughter, when a young child, fell from the back of a park bench. As she lay on the ground with her arm stretched out, it was evident that the wristbone was broken. The screaming of the child tempted me greatly to despair. As I picked her up, I knew I was trusting God and God only to accomplish the necessary healing. I heard and felt the bone return to its natural position as I held the child in my arms. The entire journey home was spent in singing hymns and praising God. I did not understand Christian Science at all at the time, but there was sincere faith in God's power to heal, and complete trust in Him.

Many other experiences could be related. In my own case I have had healings of impaired eyesight, extremely high blood pressure, kidney disorder to the extent that I was a slave to the water drinking cure, severe headaches, and a skin eruption. I was an invalid confined to bed most of the time during my early married life. Christian Science found me in a state of complete nervous breakdown. I was told of Christian Science, and instead of making a visit to the physician, I sought a practitioner and told her my tale of woe, mainly the fact that I was to be sent to a sanitarium. She assured me that I need not be confined to any particular place, that all space is filled with God. I began to rejoice that this statement is true. I had found what I needed, after much searching, and my healing was complete.
