I am very thankful to God and to Mary Baker Eddy for the help received from Christian Science.

About twenty years ago I was suffering from neuritis when a kind neighbor told me something about this Science and described a healing she had had. It sounded so good to me that one day I went to see a practitioner she told me of in a near-by city and asked for help, which was lovingly given. I soon got copies of the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, and the Christian Science Quarterly and began to read and study the Lesson-Sermons. I do not know just how long it was before the healing came, but one day I noticed that the neuritis was gone; and there has been no return of it. I had been told that there were two things I should not eat, but now I eat whatever is before me. I have had many healings, some instantaneous and some taking longer.

I am very grateful to be a member of The Mother Church and of a branch church, and I am grateful for all of the practitioners who help us so lovingly. Jesus said (John 8:32), "Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." If we know the truth as we are taught in Science, it does meet our every need.
