OUR MASTER PROPHET

Destroy the law, the prophets?
His mission to fulfill
God's perfect law.

The mediocrities of traditional, outworn beliefs
Fell by the Judean roadside
As he patterned the divine will
Of our Father-Mother God
In being, doing, good,
Unfolding Christ, the King.

The sick, the lame, the blind, the deaf,
The dumb, the poor, the dead,
Are resurrected now, as they were then,
Through the awareness of God's omnipresent law,
Infinitude of peace.
