COMFORT

Alone you say? Oh, so alone!
Dear heart, that cannot be:
For God and man are one in Life
Throughout eternity.

Oh, loose your dear one, let him go;
He's safe in Love's dear care.
His needs and yours the Father knows,
For He is everywhere.

Go forth with joy and richly give
The good you can impart.
No dream of grief can overwhelm
A truly grateful heart.
