Healed of kidney trouble and eczema, as thought clears

I am very grateful to God for the many blessings which have come to me since I have been studying Christian Science.

My first healing was of a kidney ailment from which I had suffered for about eight years. I had married only after the doctor who was treating me kept assuring me I would be cured with another treatment or two.

My husband told me about Christian Science and said it was the only religion he could ever be interested in, because unless you lived it, it didn't work. His aunt had had a remarkable healing of a so-called incurable disease. She had given him a copy of the textbook. Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, but he was not reading it because he said he could not understand it. When he would suggest to me that I try Christian Science, I Would laugh scornfully and tell him I would have no part of it.
