Business restored to normal. Medical verdicts reversed

In humble gratitude for the many blessings which have come to me through Christian Science and with the hope that this testimony may be of help to someone, as others' healings have been to me, I give this testimony.

I came into Science some years ago and have had many healings.

During the winter of 1933 and the spring of 1934 the small lumber commission-buying business in which I was engaged reached a very low ebb due to the depression then prevailing. I had been gradually running behind, and in the spring of 1934 I seemed to reach the low point. I was in debt to the extent of more than one thousand dollars in current bills, and there was practically no incoming business. On reaching my office on a particular Monday morning, I found no orders and at the same time I had obligations to meet at my bank the next day. On that day I received notice that my bank balance was slightly overdrawn, and there seemed to be no way out of the dilemma.
