Loneliness banished by understanding of God

In 1907 I was suffering from a physical disorder, and a physician said he could do nothing for me. A friend told me of her healing through Christian Science, so I went to the practitioner who had helped her. I was healed instantaneously and was so uplifted spiritually that I have continued in this way of study and healing. It is wonderful to be free from using the material remedies which were of no avail.

When one of our children was just learning to walk, we left her with some friends for the afternoon. While upstairs, the child fell from an open balcony, face down onto the gravel walk below. A Christian Science practitioner was called in this crucial hour, and God's law of Life brought about her healing. The condition of her eyes seemed serious, but after two weeks they were normal again also.

I should like to tell of a healing which came to me through reading The Christian Science Monitor.
