Marion Star
Marion, Ohio (First Church). Services of dedication in the morning and afternoon on Sunday, September 26, 1948, for First Church of Christ, Scientist, Marion, call attention to the history of the congregation here and to the building of the present church edifice.
Laying of the cornerstone of the church was an event of April, 1928. First services were held in the church in November of that year.
