For Faster Service on Your Address Change

You can receive faster, more efficient service if at least three weeks before a change of address you will give ALL the following information:

(1) Name, former address, name of each periodical subscribed for, and if on the Convenient Payment Plan

(2) New address (street, city, postal zone, state)

It has been found that changes of address are not practical under two weeks for The Christian Science Monitor and under one month for the other Christian Science periodicals.

Please note that all orders for the writings of Mary Baker Eddy, and remittances therefor, should be sent to Horace J. Carver, Publishers' Agent, One, Norway Street, Boston 15, Massachusetts, U. S. A.
