Of Good Report

"The Christian Science Monitor Views the News'"

Coast to coast through a nationwide network of American Broadcasting Company stations and by short wave to Europe, Africa, and Latin America, "The Christian Science Monitor Views the News" radio program goes out weekly to millions of eager listeners.

This widely acclaimed news program reaches the people generally in the quiet of their homes. Many are hearing the words "Christian Science for the first time in this way. Resulting subscriptions to our international daily newspaper—running into the hundreds each week—bear witness to the fact that "The Christian Science Monitor Views the News" is a missionary effort of the highest order.

Churches of various denominations, schools and colleges, various national organizations, hospitals, state and national officials, businessmen, industrialists, and individuals from all walks of life have ordered The Christian Science Monitor as a result of the broadcast. It is interesting that the largest returns from any business or professional group have been, and continue to be, from physicians. Many of their subscriptions have come on their prescription blanks. Subscriptions from clergymen are running a close second to those from the doctors.
