A CONTINUAL SHOWER OF BLESSINGS

There may be someone at a Wednesday testimony meeting in a Christian Science church who has never before attended such a meeting. What impression of Christian Science will he carry away with him? Will he be a little more aware of the presence of God than before and be in some measure convinced of His healing power? He will if each student of Christian Science is alert and grateful and eager to arise to tell of his gratitude.

Often a newcomer in church is looking for encouragement and hoping he can be healed of some sin, fear, or disease through Christian Science. How joyous each student of this Science should be that he can help feed the stranger's hungry heart with the bread of Truth! The one who testifies has the opportunity and privilege of telling of the ever-presence and all-power of God, good, and of man made in His likeness, spiritual and perfect. By relating a healing experience he gives proof that an understanding of these facts heals mankind of the ills of mortal existence.

Man is blessed of God. To be truly blessed is to reflect the divine nature of Life, Truth, and Love. Man lives to express God's blessing. When one expresses gratitude for Life, Truth, and Love in a testimony, not only is the stranger that is within his gates being blessed, but he too is receiving richer blessings because of his willingness to share his understanding of the true nature of God and man.
