A single sunbeamAs a thing apartCould show no light.The sun gives all—Provides each glowing beamWith its pervading warmth,Its radiant might.

A human concept,Flesh-born mortal man,Holds no real place.God governs all—Endows His own idea, man,With His immortal qualities,His reflected grace.
