Church Dedications
Note: Christian Science churches are dedicated only when free from debt.
Moorestown, New Jersey (First Church).
At dedication services in the morning and afternoon on Sunday, January 4, 1948, the progress of First Church of Christ, Scientist, Moorestown, was described.
During the summer of 1919 several students of Christian Science, living in the vicinity of Moorestown, agreed to meet regularly to read the Lesson-Sermon. This group met in a private home at 129 East Main Street.
