AT A CHRISTIAN SCIENCE LECTURE

With joy we gathered here; expectantly
We wait the blessing of this holy hour.
New views unfold of Mind's infinity:
Man feels the presence of the Christly power.

The bread of Truth is broken once again,
The wine is offered, healing sin and pain;
The feast of Soul has fed the hungry heart
As grateful, satisfied, the guests depart.
