I did not come into Christian Science for healing. A friend invited me to attend a Wednesday evening testimony meeting, and I was very grateful to learn of this Science.

I should like to tell of a healing I received several years ago. The name of the disease I do not know, but there was an obstruction which affected my heart, so that at times I could hardly breathe. After I had had help for a long time, one Sunday morning it seemed as though I were passing on, and my husband called the practitioner, who was attending church services. She came to me and remained until four o'clock, when she left to keep an appointment. Later she came back and stayed all night working for me. In the morning I was healed.

Recently when a loved one passed on, I was beautifully sustained. I am very grateful for all the activities of Christian Science, for our Leader, Mrs. Eddy, and for membership in The Mother Church.—(Mrs.) Carrie T. Davis, Richmond, Virginia.
