I wish to give this testimony as an expression of gratitude for the blessings received during my years of study of Christian Science.

One healing which occurred a few years ago proved to me the power and efficacy of Christian Science treatment. I noticed a slight growth on my eye and worked as we are taught in Christian Science, but received no help. As this growth became larger and my vision grew dim and blurred, I thought it best to see an optician to obtain glasses, since my work necessitated using my eyes constantly. The optician informed me that I had a cyst on the eye and recommended that I have an immediate operation. Otherwise, he said, I would always be troubled with it. After this verdict I obtained the help of a Christian Science practitioner, who lovingly took up the work. In a very short time all evidence of the cyst disappeared, and I was healed.

A few months later a cyst appealed on my finger. It was twice the size of the one which had been on my eye and was very painful and inflamed. Error again tried to keep me from my daily activities, as it was necessary for me to use a thimble on that finger. Knowing that evil has no power to stop right activity, I was able to continue working. Again I asked the help of the practitioner, and in one treatment the growth broke, and the healing followed.
