When sending a change of address, the following points should always be included in the request: name; new address (including postal zone); old address; name of each periodical subscribed for.

Mary Baker Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, writes that the truth which she has promulgated has separated the tares from the wheat, and has united in one body those who love Truth. (See The First Church of Christ, Scientist, and Miscellany 315:25-3.)

Those who believe in Christian Science according to the platform and teaching found in the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy (see Manual. Art. IV, Sect.1), may apply for membership in The Mother Church—may unite with those who love Truth.
