It is with sincere and deep gratitude that I wish to say that Christian Science means everything to me. Feeling especially grateful for all the testimonies I have had the privilege of reading for several years, I wish to add my testimony.

Christian Science was presented to me during the years 1940 to 1944, while I was interned in Germany. At that time Science was strictly prohibited there, but the proof that God is the only intelligence and that His spiritual law is all-powerful and forever operative, was seen in the fact that Mrs. Eddy's works passed all censorship and came into the camp regularly, thus enabling others and myself to study Christian Science intensively during these years. For this privilege I am unspeakably grateful.

With the help of a Scientist and by putting into practice the slight understanding I have of this beautiful religion, I have been healed of many ills, in fact, too many to give in detail here. They include the smoking and drinking habits, blood poisoning, eczema, insomnia, chronic indigestion, a sense of loss, colds, ear trouble, and high blood pressure. Some of these, and other healings experienced after my repatriation, were brought about simply by reading the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy.
