I shall never cease to be grateful...

I shall never cease to be grateful for the day my family and I were led to Christian Science. We have had many healings since that time.

Mrs. Eddy states on page I of the textbook, Science and Health. "The prayer that reforms the sinner and heals the sick is an absolute faith that all things are possible to God.—a spiritual understanding of Him, an unselfed love." I demonstrated this fact. A number of years ago I had a severe attack of nervous prostration, coupled with continuous palpitation. Sleep was almost impossible, and my appetite was completely gone. Fear crept into my consciousness to such a degree that the thought of passing on entered in, and an attorney was called in to prepare my last will and testament.

At this point a Christian Science practitioner was called, and during one of my bad moments she said to me. "Think of your blessings." I not only thought of them, but wrote them on paper, and they were very many. After doing this I was quite relieved. Work was continued, and I was privileged to be a guest at the Benevolent Association Sanatorium in Chestnut Hill. While at this beautiful place, surrounded by love, I received my healing.
