No attack or criticism of Christian Science or of Mary Baker Eddy has appeared in the press of Arkansas. In fact, the press has shown friendliness for Christian Science.

"Gems of Thought" subscribers show a slight increase this year, and one radio announcer asked to have the Gems for use in a scheduled period listed as the "Evening Meditation." Twenty-six subscribers have been using the service this year. Twenty-four newspapers have printed over twelve hundred Lesson-Sermon excerpts prepared and sent out by this office.
