The Christ Triumphant

When we have touched the healing seamless hem
Of Christ's humility and selfless love,
And in these prayerful moments we have proved
That holiness and health are really one,
The misty dreaminess of earth is gone.
When we have seen the Christ as God's own Son,
The pristine radiance of healing Love,
The true reflection of infinity
In all perfection, power, and purity,
Revealing Life eternal here and now—
When we have fed the multitudes with grace
From out the great abundance of God's love,
And stilled a war-tossed world with "Peace, be still,"
We too shall hear that precious angel song
Triumphantly proclaiming us His sons;
The Christ-idea forevermore abounds,
And sinless manhood is at one with God.
