It is with deep gratitude to God that I testify to the healing power of Christian Science.

I should like to relate a healing which my young son experienced. He was very ill for several days with a cold which settled in his ear. We called a practitioner for help, but the pain continued throughout the night and the next day. At this point he became very fearful. I asked if he wished me to call a doctor, and he said that he did because he could not bear the suffering any longer. An ear specialist was called, and when he saw the lad he described a very serious condition and said he would call back early the next morning.

It was then that we took our stand for Christian Science. And I am very happy to say that my son asked to have the practitioner continue with treatment and not to have the doctor return.
