Little did I realize how great was my need when I attended my first Christian Science testimony meeting. A long time has passed since then and I have experienced many instances of the Father's loving care and protection, for which I am unspeakably grateful.

Through the application of Christian Science I have been instantaneously healed of a dislocation of the knee resulting from a fall on an indoor ice rink. This healing, which was permanent, took place over ten years ago.

Since then difficult experiences have been overcome and many valuable lessons learned. The way has not always been easy; sometimes the waters have looked very deep. But throughout the darkest moments I have always been conscious that my remedy was at hand in the teachings of Christian Science, if only I could rouse myself sufficiently to penetrate the mists of mortal mind and practice the truths which Mrs. Eddy has revealed.
