The light of Love was revealed...

The light of Love was revealed to me many years ago through Christian Science, when I was instantaneously healed and saved from an operation. I was not very healthy as a child, and school days were often interrupted by such things as headaches, bilious attacks, and neuralgia. When I became an art student, work was often interfered with, until, after a period of five weeks in bed, it was decided that I must have an operation.

A fellow art student, a Christian Scientist, seeing my great fear, told me that God did not send sickness, and as we talked together I declared that I knew He did not, although the human mind argued, If He does not, who does? Despite this argument my consciousness was so illumined that it seemed as if I walked in light, and I was healed.

Because previous arrangements had been made, four days afterward I was examined by a medical specialist and pronounced whole.
