For more than thirty years I have had Christian Science help, and never in that time have I felt impelled to resort to material remedies for healing. Three years ago, while driving, I was attacked by very severe pain in the kidneys and bladder. Only by constantly declaring the truth was I able to reach home. A practitioner was asked for help. For two days and nights the pain persisted almost continuously. During that time strong declarations of truth were made by the practitioner, who faithfully responded to calls at all hours of the day and night. I worked as best I could, read Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy constantly, and did my utmost to deny reality to the error. On the third morning an obstruction removed itself painlessly and harmoniously, and I was free. The healing has remained permanent.

Since my introduction to Christian Science I have had many proofs of its efficacy. Not only have I been healed of physical disorders, but through continuous metaphysical work I was able to close out a failing business, pay off its debts, and start anew in a field which was entirely foreign to me. I have become established in a useful and interesting business.

To say that I am grateful to God does not begin to express my true feelings. I know that Christian Science is a workable religion, an understanding of which can solve all problems. My understanding of this Science is increasing daily through my study of the writings of our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy.—Claude M. Bradford, West Haven, Connecticut.
