With a grateful heart I give...
With a grateful heart I give this testimony.
A few years ago, while walking alone on a country road. I was struck by an automobile driven by a "hit and run" driver, and rendered unconscious. I did not know anything that had occurred until I regained consciousness in a hospital. The doctors told me that I had been seriously injured, and said that I must remain in the hospital for observation and an operation the next day. At once I silently declared that I was dwelling "in the secret place of the most High," and thanked God for His divine protection; I also thanked the doctors and nurses for their kindness to me. My thought went out to the "hit and run" drivers. I asked God to forgive them. I knew that perfect Love does cast out all fear. I asked the doctor to give me a little time to think for myself.
