It is with a heart filled with joy...
It is with a heart filled with joy and gratitude that I submit this testimony.
Fifteen years ago, with the help of a practitioner, I was healed in Christian Science of a serious throat trouble. I have also been healed of frequent headaches and stomach trouble through the daily study of the Lesson-Sermon. Over two years ago a hard lump appeared under my right knee. It was very painful and I had difficulty in walking up and down stairs, but with the help of a practitioner it entirely disappeared in a few weeks, for which I rejoiced.
Once when I was feeling sad and depressed and could not seem to shake the feeling off, I opened my Bible for a comforting message from God. The place I opened to was Jeremiah 31:3: "The Lord hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee." Instantly I felt uplifted. To me it was a glorious answer, filling me with joy and thanksgiving to God.
