In an article in a recent issue of the Arkansas Democrat, mention is made of Christian Science, which, while it is a friendly reference, yet it is far from presenting anything that in any way reveals what is taught and practiced in Christian Science.

The article refers to diseases which are the results or at least involve so-called "emotional disturbances" and a method of alleviating them by using, as the writer states, "the truth that is at the bottom of Christian Science." The definite indication of success that the writer of the article gives to Christian Science as a healing agency is a very natural belief, but the premises which are implied are incorrect.
