I want to express my gratitude...

I want to express my gratitude for Christian Science and for all that it has done for me and mine.

When I began its study twenty-five years ago, my mother was living with me in a mining town. She had had two strokes while under medical care, and one day when I was alone with her she had another. I declared that I was never alone, and realized that God is ever present. His was the only help I needed. She responded to the truth, and in thirty minutes was better than she had ever been before.

My healings have been many. I was freed from tonsillitis, which I had had every winter, lumbago, running sores caused from milk fever, colds, bowel trouble, and a growth on my wrist.

I am very grateful for my daily study of the Lesson-Sermon, for the Christian Science literature, and for all who are faithful to the Cause. I am grateful to God for Christ Jesus, our Way-shower, and to Mrs. Eddy for giving us the truth.—(Mrs.) Martha Ann Mettetal, Elko, Nevada.
