I wish to express my sincere gratitude to God for all the blessings I have obtained from studying "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, and from reading the Sentinel. The Christian Science textbook has become so dear to me that I want it by my side at all times. Christian Science has brought to me the only clear explanation of the wonderful messages contained in the Bible.

I have been reading the textbook for over a year. My desire to make an earnest study of Science came after I read a number of issues of the Sentinel. I am now reading other works by Mrs. Eddy, together with the other Christian Science periodicals.

Early in my study of Christian Science the desire for cigarettes left me completely. I was healed of influenza simply by reading the textbook, and I have been relieved of worry and anxiety concerning my son, who is with the United States Army overseas.
