In John's Gospel is recorded a saying of the Master which substantiates the unity of God and man, when he said, "I and my Father are one," and we cannot say that this was a relationship intended only for Jesus; for did he not say, "He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also," and, "The kingdom of God is within you"?
