My heart is overflowing with gratitude for all that Christian Science has done for me and is doing for the whole world.

Before coming to Christian Science I was always considered delicate. I suffered from various diseases, and life seemed a burden. I had several internal troubles, for which I underwent three surgical operations, and these left me in a very weak condition. The doctors said I must never expect to be well and strong. Gastritis troubled me a great deal, and I was told there was no cure for it. Also, during the winter months I was constantly in bed with very severe colds, so bad that my throat was affected, and I could not speak above a whisper for two years.

Since I came to Christian Science these evils have all fallen away. It has been a task to remember them, but I felt it might help someone else to hear how the truth, as revealed to us by Mrs. Eddy, lifts one out of all troubles.
