In joyful gratitude I here bear witness to the healing power of Christian Science. For more than twenty-five years this great and mighty Comforter has been our only physician.

I had been reading Christian Science literature for some time when our two infant daughters became very ill with what the family doctor named bronchial pneumonia. My husband grew alarmed when they seemed to get worse instead of better, and he felt that we should call in another doctor. We talked it over and decided to call for Christian Science help instead. I shall never cease to be grateful for the loving and faithful practitioner who then came to our aid at our request. The healing took place rapidly, and from that day we dispensed with all material remedies in our home.

A few months later I was stricken suddenly with such severe pain that I nearly lost consciousness, and the frightened family called in two doctors, who diagnosed the trouble as gallstones and administered a hypodermic to ease the pain. They both declared there could be no permanent relief without an operation. When I regained consciousness I called for Christian Science help, which was lovingly given, and the trouble disappeared into the mist from whence it came.
