Extracts from Reports of Christian Science Committees on Publication

Virginia.

An important feature of the work of this office is placing subscriptions to The Christian Science Monitor with editors in exchange for advertising the Monitor in their publications. Many editors have gratefully accepted this plan for many years. During this year twenty-four new subscriptions were entered on this basis, making a total of seventy-one in the state.

Typical of the comments made about the Monitor is one by an editor who recently subscribed, as follows: "This is one of the finest publications that have been received in our office for a long time."
