I want to express my gratitude for Christian Science and for the many healings I have had. I should like to tell of one outstanding healing.

Several years ago I fell, breaking my arm and dislocating my hip. I immediately called a Christian Science practitioner. She took up the work and gave me citations in Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy to read. This was on a Saturday. She told me to go to church on Sunday. I had a block to walk to the streetcar and another block from the streetcar to the church. I did not miss a Sunday service during this experience. I spent my time reading Science and Health and the Lesson-Sermon in the Christian Science Quarterly.

One night while I was lying in bed something snapped in my hip when I moved. I knew that I was healed, and from then on I walked without limping. It took longer for the arm to heal. I did not have it bandaged or in a sling, but just held it close to my side for several weeks and did not use it. Then I began moving my hand to my face, then to my head. Both the arm and the hip are entirely normal.
