I consider it a great privilege to be able to testify to the healing power of God, which has come to me through the study and application of Christian Science.

In John we read, "Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." This always seemed a beautiful verse, but it was not until I became a student of Christian Science that I got the full significance of these words. This truth truly makes free—free from fear, sickness, anything that is discordant or unlike God.

Some years ago, before I began the study of Christian Science, I was healed of a severe attack of neuritis of months' standing, simply through reading the testimonies of healing in a copy of the Christian Science Sentinel, which was given me by a member of the family who was a student of Christian Science. About four years later I was confined to bed in a helpless condition, and could not move a fraction of an inch without experiencing terrible pain. It was then that I decided to find out more about the healing power of Christian Science. With the help of a practitioner I was entirely healed in a very short while.
