In gratitude to Christian Science for the help and healing that I and others in our home have had for over twenty-five years, I send this testimony.

When I was just out of school there was some difficulty in our home and I left. After starting out I wondered where I should go. It was then that I realized the need of direction. In my extremity I humbly asked God to show me where to go, although at that time I was in doubt if there was a God. However, this doubt was dispelled, for there came to me the thought, clear and satisfying, to go to the home of a Christian Science acquaintance. I told her about the difficulty, and she informed me that I could stay with her if I let my people know of my whereabouts.

I was obedient to her request, and that evening I was healed of an abscess under my chin. It seemed too good to be true at the time. Since then I have learned that only the good is true, and that discord of all kinds is only a false sense.
