I too want to express my sincere gratitude for the many blessings that I have experienced since taking up the study of Christian Science, nine years ago.

From the time I started to read the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, I have had many proofs that the "word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword." At the beginning of this study I read the textbook through three times; and, although I read much that I did not then understand, I never quarreled with or doubted the statements, but knew they must be there for some good reason, and as I continued to study, their truth unfolded in my consciousness.

As a result of my constant reading, I was healed of very weak eyes, athlete's foot, a stiff arm (caused by a broken bone eight years before), and a bad cough. I was very grateful for these healings, for they proved to me that I had found the religion to which I had prayed to be led. Christ Jesus said, "By their fruits ye shall know them," and Christian Science bears good fruit.
