In the Synoptic Gospels, it is recorded that Christ Jesus sent forth his disciples into the world to preach the gospel, heal the sick, and raise the dead. It is likewise recorded that they were obedient to these commands, and that spiritual healing flourished for many years after the beloved Master's ascension.
