The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts, announces a free public lecture on Christian Science by Thomas E. Hurley, C.S.B., a member of The Christian Science Board of Lectureship, in the Church Edifice, Norway, Falmouth, and St. Paul Streets, on Monday evening, September 23, 1940, at 7.45 o'clock, Daylight Saving Time. The public is cordially invited.

This lecture will be radiocast by short wave station WRUL and its companion transmitter, WRUW, Boston, on wave lengths of 49.6 meters (6.04 megacycles) and 19.8 meters (15.13 megacycles), used simultaneously. The beam antennas will be directed to the south. Either wave length should cover eastern Canada, the southern, eastern, and western parts of the United States, Mexico, Central America, the West Indies, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Bermuda. The 19.8 meter wave length will probably give the better reception in Colombia, Venezuela, the Guianas, Brazil, Peru, and Ecuador, and reception should also be possible in some parts of Chile and the Argentine.

Although the main beams will be concentrated towards the south, reception particularly on the 19.8 meter band should be possible in the British Isles.
