At the beginning of December, 1938, I was attacked with erysipelas, and I asked a Christian Science practitioner for help. My condition, however, became worse, and my wife was very much afraid, especially because we had lost a child with the same sickness. The practitioner came to see me, and after a talk with him, I again had complete confidence in God's help. The fever left me the same afternoon, and by evening I had taken a marked turn for the better. In four days the healing was complete. Although during the illness my face was severely affected, I did not feel ill and did not have to stay in bed.

I am very grateful to God for His help. Also I am grateful that I was led to study Christian Science. I am very thankful to the practitioner for his faithful help.
