Boundless gratitude for benefits received through the study and application of Christian Science prompts me to write this testimony.

Having been treated by many physicians and having undergone two operations, I was finally discharged with the statement that they could do nothing more for me.

I then went to California in search of health, and I feel that I was divinely led to the home of a Christian Scientist. She immediately saw my great need and placed the Christian Science Sentinel in my room without comment. I did not lose any time in reading it through, and became so interested that I began to attend a branch church in Los Angeles and also to visit a Christian Science Reading Room. The truth gave me a new outlook on life, healing me of a tumor and tuberculosis, as well as overcoming discordant traits of character.
