In a recent issue are certain statements which should not be permitted to stand without challenge.

Records of healings of acute appendicitis as well as of many so-called incurable diseases, both organic and functional, by spiritual means alone, are on file at the Christian Science Publishing House in Boston, Massachusetts. These records have been carefully verified, and their authenticity is easily ascertainable by anyone sufficiently interested to make honest investigation. In addition to these recorded healings, similar healings are known to Christian Science students and to others in all parts of the world.

Many who are not Christian Scientists, including orthodox physicians, know and acknowledge the healing power of this Science.
