"Fundamentalist," in a recent issue, repeats the criticism of "Orthodox" to which I referred in my previous letter.

I may perhaps be permitted to refer him to the eighteenth chapter of Ezekiel, in regard to the question of heredity; for instance, verse 20 reads, in part, "The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father."

In the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," Mrs. Eddy writes (p. 319): "The divine Science taught in the original language of the Bible came through inspiration, and needs inspiration to be understood. Hence the misapprehension of the spiritual meaning of the Bible, and the misinterpretation of the Word in some instances by uninspired writers, who only wrote down what an inspired teacher had said."
