Among the Churches

Current Notes

Niles, Michigan (First Church).—First Church of Christ, Scientist, Niles, dedicated its edifice on Sunday, January 29, 1939, at two services, which marked the canceling of the entire debt on the church. As in all churches of the Christian Science denomination, dedication services are held only when the church is free of debt.

The regular order of service was followed at both morning and evening services. In addition, a brief history of the Niles church was read by the First Reader.
