Sunday School Notes and Comments

The Second Commandment

The pupils were keenly interested in studying Christian Science, yet not one of them would accept its teachings without a challenge. When this was met fairly and squarely, however, with the truth, there was no further resistance.

One week, as the teacher was studying the Lesson-Sermon in the Christian Science Quarterly, in preparation for the following Sunday, there seemed to be an inconsistency, which she knew those alert young students would detect, and for which they would demand a satisfying answer. After a few moments' thought she realized that there always had been and that there always would be a true answer.
