A Christian Science period in the Columbia "Church of the Air" series was conducted from Station WBBM, Chicago, Sunday morning, December 4, at ten o'clock (Eastern Standard Time), by George R. Gregg, a former First Reader of First Church of Christ, Scientist, Oak Park, Illinois, and had the approval of The Christian Science Board of Directors. Mr. Lewis L. Wareham, soloist, was assisted by a WBBM staff organist.

After Hymn No. 179 in the Christian Science Hymnal was sung, Mr. Gregg read selections from the Bible as follows: Acts 16:16–34; Romans 10:1, 3, 13; 14:13, 19; Isaiah 30:15 (to :), 21; 12:2 (to :), 3. And from the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy: 242:9–14; 285:23–11; 25:13–26; 458:23–31; 496:9–19 (Ask); 467:9–16; 151:26–30; 266:18–19.

Following the singing of Hymn No. 30 in the Christian Science Hymnal, the words of which were written by Mary Baker Eddy, Mr. Gregg read an address substantially as follows:
