Extracts from Reports of Christian Science Committees on Publication

Japan.

Under the auspices of the Christian Science Societies of Tokyo and Yokohama, two lectures were given. The two leading foreign newspapers of Tokyo gladly gave space to the publishing, in part, of both lectures, one appearing in each paper. We were very grateful to be thus able to bring before the public, even in this small way, the truth which is leavening world thought.

The Japan Advertiser, which is the American newspaper of Tokyo, published as usual a Lesson-Sermon excerpt at Easter. The subject was, "Are Sin, Disease, and Death Real?"
